We spent our Easter holiday at a hotel with a hybrid architectural style that perfectly blends Asian and Victorian designs. The spacious and clean room offered comfortable and high-quality bedding, as well as a beautiful view of the city through a massive window. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage and going above and beyond to answer any questions we had. We appreciated the delicious and complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of fresh and local foods.
The hotel's location was near a busy street with a lot of noise from traffic that was audible throughout the night. The sounds made it challenging to sleep well, and there were no sound-blocking measures taken to lessen the noise.

I visited Da Lat on route to Hoi An and stayed at this hotel. It was outside the peak season so not many visitors around. However I found my stay here very enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a selection of Western & Asian foods. The room was large with my twin room containing two large double beds!! Considering the location is the Highlands Regions I felt this was good value for money!
There is not much to fault this hotel, however as my travel companion is prone to mosquito bites, better measures could be in place to prevent their intrusion. The room had several wooden slatted open vents that could benefit with being covered with a netted material. Despite not being required during my stay,I cannot recall any A/C or fans in room

The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, staff were amazingly helpful and luckily they spoke very good english! Great value and would totally stay there again.
Our only mistake was organising a massage through the hotel. I don't hold the hotel responsible though as I'm sure the people that did the massage just rent the space from the hotel, but I have definitely had better massages and there are plenty of establishments in town.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always provided me with helpful information. The room was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were good, and the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was great because it was not too noisy, but it was close enough to everything. It was just a short walk away from the lake and the city center.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel is well situated near the centre of Dalat, in a reasonably quiet area. The management is extremely friendly and helpful. Motorbikes can be rented at the hotel -- a good way to visit the Dalat area.
Breakfast is served only from 6 to 8 am, but it's a great breakfast (the full assortment of Vietnamese dishes including an excellent 'pho', plus western style food), and we were happy to be ready to go by 8.30.

The hotel is spotless, I have never experienced such a clean hotel anywhere in the world. Our room was larger than expected and in good order, the staff seemed very keen on making us comfortable and opened breakfast early so we could eat before leaving on our ongoing flight.

The staff kindness. They were not professional caterers but doing their best.
The bathrooms are old, and the hot water use is limited, so you cannot have a bath. The buffet breakfast is too poor, with low quality in almost everything, and open from 6 to 8, what forces you waking up early (but the staff allows you to enter later to not to let you unassisted. They charge for paying with credit card.

Rooms were nice and spacy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice, especially the Pho soup. Hotel is great value for money for 30 dollar per night.
Lots of noise outside hotel, especially barking dogs. Bring earplugs!

We stayed there only one night. The room was cleaned and well furnished. No airco but we didnt need it, there wasnt hot. The staff was helpful and they offerd us a car for 55usd to make a trip to waterfalls around Da Lat. Breakfast was good but lot of vietnamese food but we could ordered fried eggs and normal coffee with normal milk without sugar and choose bread with butter and jam.
It was about 12 minutes to the center market.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area of town where you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The location is ideal - close enough to all the attractions and restaurants, but away from the noisy areas of the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The rooms on the first floor are spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. I especially appreciated the large safety box in the room, providing peace of mind for storing valuables. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply delicious, offering a good variety to start your day.
No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

Big rooms, staff were helpful, excellent value for money for renting mopeds.
No mosquito net over vents in room and it was necessary. Asked staff to fix the problem but didn't understand. Breakfast was aimed mainly at Vietnamese

We just stay for one night in Dalat. The hotel is in a perfect place to visit the city, next (just few minute walking) to the market where you can go both during the day and by night. The other main attraction you need to go by taxi or you have to walk a lot (independently wher is your hotel). The Sinh cafè office (if you will arrive by bus there) is just a hundred meter far. The room is very quite and clean.
The breakfast is almost vietnamese style but the coffee (vietnames style) was excellent.
